One person uploads; another manages the screen
Give photographers a browser login with the right permissions. They can add and arrange photos without changing output settings. An administrator decides whether playback controls and deletion are available.
Rehearse a complete upload
Use the photographer’s phone or computer, the venue Wi-Fi and a representative video. If photos are stored in iCloud, the device may first need to download them. Confirm the preview before putting a file into the sequence.
Keep a holding screen ready
Use an event name or a prepared image between activities. Decide how long each photo remains on screen and check portrait or landscape output on the real monitor.
