FotoVent Cloud stores optimised media online and sends the assigned playlist to each paired browser. For shops, restaurants, reception areas and events.
From an upload to a screen
Create an event, upload your media and wait for conversion. Open play.fotovent.it on a compatible device and confirm its pairing code in the portal. Assign the event to the monitor. A direct link is also available for kiosk players; only one player may use that link at a time.
Different content at different times
Cloud Pro and Business add weekly schedules, time zones and monitor groups. Show breakfast content in the morning and a different menu at lunch. Share a schedule and brightness settings across a group, or manage screens independently.
Know what is stored
Cloud keeps optimised copies, not an archive of your originals. Save your own originals before uploading. Conversion preserves proportions and prepares media for the project resolution. Set a deletion date for temporary content, or use a continuous installation within your plan’s storage limit.
Test the device you will actually use
Cloud playback requires Internet and a compatible browser. Full-screen and audio may require a local action or kiosk configuration. Brightness darkens the picture; it does not switch off the display or control its physical backlight. Coordinated starts are not frame-accurate videowall synchronisation.
Start without a card
Cloud Free includes one monitor, up to 10 photos, 100 MB and one hour of playback per day. No video. The account-wide allowance resets at midnight in Europe/Rome. Paid plans remove that daily playback limit.

Cloud Free lets you try photo uploads, pairing and playback on your own screen. It does not include video, schedules, groups or synchronisation.
