Already have a computer? Desktop Lifetime costs €79 once per computer, excluding VAT. Connect costs €9.99/month or €99/year per player and removes the local Free limit while active. You do not need to buy Lifetime as well as Connect.

What does a conversion allowance mean?
*We convert uploaded photos to optimise size and resolution for playback. Video conversion prepares a compatible playback copy. Playing a converted file again does not consume another conversion. Deleting a file releases storage but does not refund processing already used. One minute in Full HD uses one equivalent minute; a 4K project uses four.
Add capacity where you need it
Extra monitor: €9.90/month on Start, €6.90 on Pro or €4.90 on Business. Extra 50 GB storage: €9.90/month. Annual pricing is ten monthly payments. Photo top-up: 1,000 conversions for €4.90 once. Video top-up: 60 equivalent minutes for €9.90 once. All prices exclude VAT.
Top-ups last 12 months, do not renew automatically and require an active Cloud plan. Included monthly conversion allowances are used first. Recurring add-ons have their own billing periods. They add capacity, not higher-plan features. Start add-ons do not unlock scheduling or groups.
Disable recurring add-on renewals before disabling your base plan renewal. If extra storage expires and you exceed the new limit, new uploads stop; that overage alone does not automatically delete your media. Event deletion dates still apply. Contact support before changing an active plan to avoid overlapping subscriptions.
Payment, VAT and activation
Prices are in euros, excluding VAT. The checkout shows the net price, VAT and total. For Italian customers under ordinary VAT treatment, card payment activates the licence and triggers automatic invoicing; bank transfer requires confirmation of receipt. SDI submission remains manual.
International customers and customers requiring different VAT treatment can request a review in their billing profile. REC Eventi confirms the applicable rate before payment. These invoices are handled manually. A confirmed payment activates the licence even while invoicing is pending.
Card subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the portal. Bank transfers have no automatic debit. Connect quantity discounts: 10% for 3–5 players, 15% for 6–10 and 20% for 11–20 within one subscription.
Enterprise and Free
Cloud Enterprise is quoted and assigned individually: screens, storage, processing and features can be tailored to the installation. It is not available for self-service checkout.
Cloud Free: one monitor, 10 photos, 100 MB, one hour per day. No card or automatic paid renewal. The daily allowance is shared across the account and resets at midnight, Europe/Rome; paused photos still count.
