A QR code can make uploading simple. It should not hand over the whole control panel.
Upload-only access
Guest access lets people submit files without browsing the gallery or controlling playback. Configure the appropriate local or Internet route for your licence and deployment.
Choose moderation before sharing
Decide whether uploads appear immediately or need administrator approval. Provide the event’s privacy information and identify the organiser responsible for the images. A submitted file is not blanket permission for every use of the people pictured.
Treat the QR as an access link
Anyone who receives it can use it while it remains valid. Disable or regenerate it when required. Test the complete flow from a guest’s phone before displaying it publicly.
